A Refreshing Culinary Display

Hui Hai excels in coastal cuisine, highlighted by the seasonal abundance from the ocean, particularly during the fall when seafood is at its peak. The restaurant sources its ingredients from different coastal areas, updating its offerings daily with the freshest seafood available. Diners can enjoy a variety of sea treasures like juicy prawns, creamy crab roe, and nutrient-rich local delicacies such as abalone, scallops, and sea snails. Each preparation invites guests to delve into the rich flavors of the ocean. The hot dishes combine global culinary styles, featuring top-quality meats from across the globe.
